Generic commerce starts with products and shipping. A restaurant starts with a location, a service time, live availability, modifier rules, preparation, and a handoff to the team making the order.

Crave makes those restaurant concerns explicit so the frontend can stay focused on the guest instead of rebuilding provider logic for every channel.

One contract, two production paths

Launch on Crave Commerce, powered by Stripe, when the restaurant does not need an external commerce rail. Or keep the existing POS and payment path when operations require it.

Either way, the guest application talks to the same location-aware menus, modifier trees, cart sessions, fulfillment timing, checkout, loyalty, and order-state contracts.

Provider behavior stays behind explicit capabilities and restaurant approval. A template does not need copied merchant secrets or a separate code path for every location.

    Keep the frontend repository, brand system, and hosting. Use the same restaurant model across web, mobile, kiosk, and the next channel you add.

    Let the restaurant approve production.

    Build safely in your own workspace and sandbox. Send an installation link only when the app is ready; the restaurant chooses the organization and locations it can reach.
